Before something is created, whether it be a logo or a car, someone usually makes a sketch before they start on the real deal. This is obviously so you don’t have to redo the design multiple times if you want to change something. Even though you’ve made a sketch, sometimes you find that you want to add or change something while creating the final design; well, maybe not with the car, but at least with digital designs.
There are a number of great sketch tools that will make your sketch unique. You probably have your own favorite tools – the ones that just make sense when you start sketching. Some designs are way easier to create if you have the right tools.
I’m a huge fan of typography; it makes words more interesting, and with a great typography design – it can leave a completely different impact than it would with a normal font.
